The project Routing Tool + Distribution Management System for delivery route algorithm has been awarded the 2021 Group GYM Awards. This project is a cross-team collaboration involving domestic Shanshu Technology and international algorithm team OAT , providing a hazardous chemical truck route optimization solution based on Amap(高德) data.
Primarily responsible for the initial proof of concept (POC) and the construction and maintenance of the road distance/time matrix, as well as designing operational models. Provided daily TDM BI for customers awaiting dispatch, collaborated with the Singapore GDO team to implement a cross-system serverless data transfer solution.
The CTI - Customer Service Center Digitalization project, which collaborated with domestic Sobot Technology, has been honored with the 2024 China CIMP Awards. It interfacing with Air Liquide ERP customer data, and implemented an inbound call routing/360-degree customer screen-pop operation solution for the customer service center.
My role primarily involved project management, writing Functional Specifications, and facilitating development, deployment, and testing/adjustment activities between third-party suppliers and internal teams.1.Integrated with the Air Liquide French SSO team , using Okta to complete the integration of the user identity authentication module. 2.Engaged with third-party teams for data interfacing, subsequent data structure storage, data business application, and designing for high operational availability. 3.Design and develop BI reports related to business operations.
